I can't wait. I'm spending 5 nights in Barcelona and 4 nights in Madrid. (Sadly, San Sebastian will have to wait for a dedicated visit in the future.) As with all my trips, research always involves checking out ChuckEats and catching up on your latest meals. Of course, I'm not surprised to find thorough reports for not one but two meals at the old Can Roca - Chuck, you truly are the ultimate resource. I'm very encouraged by your lasting impression, and my anticipation is already reaching fever pitch 2 months out... plus their new digs look pretty sweet!
