Hi Chuck. When in Denmark, you should consider two other restaurants who combine MG-techniques with childhood impressions of classical danish cuisine as a conceptual framework. Restaurant Herman in Tivoli Gardens and Malling & Schmidt in Aarhus both conduct this synthesis in two very personal expressions.
