I too am trying to make my way around the world on a restaurant tour. I am oh so envious. I noticed the first comment spoke of your photography. I too have a question about that - do you feel weird taking out your camera and taking pictures in 3 Michelin star restaurants with patrons probably in suits or tuxedos? I felt really awkward doing it at The French Laundry even though I know lots of people do it and the staff didn't have a problem with it. Chuck,
